My mother and I have been coming to Garden Nails for almost two years, and we absolutely love it here! Vicki and Spencer are amazing. They use high-quality products, and our nails always come out beautifully. Whether it’s chrome, UV gel, acrylics, or a new design, they can do just about anything you ask for. Their attention to detail and quality of work keep us coming back. I genuinely love this place and highly recommend it!
I had such a great experience at Garden Nails! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! They paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back to Garden Nails again!
This was my first time visiting this salon and I couldn’t be happier! It’s clean, welcoming and has so many choices!! I’m super picky about my nails so this says a lot! I did builder gel and a pedicure.
These girls are awesome! They do me and my sister’s nails time and time over again and each experience is better than the last. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful nail experience. Thank you so much ladies you’re the best!!
I’ve been patronizing this establishment for over a year and today I was met with the worst experience ever. My normal nail tech Spencer was not there so this was my third time having an appointment with my daughter’s nail tech, Vicky, work on my nails. After a little bit of a wait, I was in her chair and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She felt that a variation of my choice would look better. I trusted her judgment and let her go to work. Upon finishing the designs, which was done in silver (not gold) and three nails that were not pleasing to the eye, I asked her to polish over the silver with gold and re-do the three with explanation. I believe she overbooked clients and had another client next to me being started on by another technician. She switched seats and told me someone else was going to do it. I expressed my concern and insisted she fix it. We went back and forth. Her new client said it wasn’t an issue if she finished me. She even stated “I don’t want you to lose two customers, it’s okay if you finish her” but Vicky ignored her. She had an amateur try to fix my nails but after three immediate mistakes, I told her to stop. I asked Vicky how long until she fix my nails and she replied “about 40 minutes “. I was already there for over 1 1/2 hr. I expressed my discontent, telling her you don’t treat customers in this manner. Was it her immaturity or because I wasn’t her usual client because she would not treat my daughter or the woman sitting next to me this way or was it deeper than that? After I threatened to leave and settle my tab with Spencer upon her return, Vicky had another technician come and finish my nails. Vicky instructed her to charge me $95, which I believe was an overcharge. I left feeling sooo humiliated and mistreated. Even though Vicky isn’t my regular technician, I could not imagine ever walking in there again. Garden Nails just lost two of their regular clients.
